Welcome to Miseo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our keyword tracking platform (“the Service”). By using Miseo, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Miseo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that allows users to:

• Track their website’s keyword rankings on Google
• Monitor daily changes
• Detect keyword presence in Google’s AI Overview (SGE)

The Service is offered by an independent developer, and is not associated with Google or any third party.

2. User Account

To use Miseo, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Pricing & Free Tier

Miseo offers:

• A free tier limited to tracking up to 10 keywords
• Paid subscriptions for higher keyword limits

We reserve the right to change pricing or features with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to access the source code of Miseo
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service
• Abuse the Service with excessive or automated queries
• Use the Service to monitor or attack competitors

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and store only the data necessary to operate the Service. This includes:

• Account info (email, encrypted password)
• Keywords, websites tracked, usage metrics

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy of keyword rankings, presence in AI Overview, or SEO outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, traffic, or revenue related to your use of the Service.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via email or through the Service.
